INVESTORS IN PEOPLE

All of our team our proud to announce the securing of the Investors in People award which we received in February 2000. This is the first time that such an award has been secured by a Ductwork Company in the United Kingdom and its attainment is a credit to all of our team. In the past, this award was thought to be more applicable to service sectors such as hospitals or nursing homes, however, the Company set out to achieve this award in recognition that we too have to place customers and service at the centre of our mission.

People are the differentiator in any service oriented industry and management and staff agrees that our investment in training and clarity of purpose will enable the company to improve performance in relation to customer expectations and have a positive impact on our ability to generate profit.

Robert Higgs -Director of the HVAC - will officially present the award at an industry event in May. As another "first" the award will be the first issued to an HVAC member company inscribed in both Welsh and English.

Re-accreditation can take place at either 18 months or 3 years, however, the company has chosen the earlier date so as to obtain further external verification that the cultural changes are embedding properly.
